Let me start with, I am not a writer. If I am being completely honest English and History have always been hard subjects for me. I am more of a math and science girl.

Why in the world would someone such as myself decide to start a blog? I mean typically I can’t spell to save my life. Like seriously, there are times I have to change what I am trying to say sometimes because spell check has no clue. Also, I love math so much that is what I do for a living and love my job.

Add that I am not great with technology. Knowing enough to get by has been enough for me. In saying that, it has taken me 3 days to get to the point where I think I have figured this out enough to even make a post. Had I read the whole “How to Start a Blog” page it wouldn’t have taken as long.

The Beginning

As a child I can remember asking “Why?”. No matter what the subject I wanted to know about it. Having never met a stranger you learn a lot in life. Putting it nicely I have always been “talkative”. To the point I am surprised this picture was able to be taken with a smile and not me talking. Only as an adult have I been able to recognize when I feel like people are politely telling me to be quite without speaking

Often I am told I am wise beyond my years. Sometimes I’m considered an old soul. Asking questions has taught me a lot in life.

My Why?

My “why” for deciding to start a blog about my life…. Anytime I need to tell “the world” something I will go to Facebook and write a long post that is more like a book. I figured, what the heck, I can do a blog.

Here we are, me doing a blog. Descriptive words I would use about my feelings of doing a blog would be nervous, excited and happy. Sharing my life to the whole world.

This blog will teach you about things in my life that are great, good, not so good and not so great. I will share things I love and things I don’t love. There will also be past experiences and post from Facebook.

Turning 40

My whole life I’ve heard “wait until you turn 40 and you will start to fall apart”. BOY, they weren’t joking. Before I truly fall apart I wanted to make sure that I leave my mark on this earth. Really there is no telling what you all will learn about me

Bringing in 40 was AMAZING! I was in SUNNY Longboat Key, FL. The weather was great and I had the best company a girl could ask for even though some of my tribe was missing. Then I was given a surprise party for the part of my tribe that couldn’t make the trip.

Allergies problems have plagued me for years. Two days after getting home from Florida my allergy issues came back with a vengeance. Being miserable I have tried all kinds of things. Allergy testing is for sure happening to find out the triggers.

Doctors practice medicine and I am thankful to have a great one who takes a true interest in their patients. My medical team (that is what I feel like) is working to get me back to me. I have given notice to family and friends that I will be moving to Florida is I can’t get these allergies under control.

Being sick and having the same question coming up in my life has made me think. With Facebook having always been my outlet when I need to let the world know something that has been brewing inside me. I figured “What the heck? Why not share on the WORLD WIDE WEB?”.
